Day 8 at the 47th CISM World Military Parachuting Championship
Strong winds shaped today’s programme at the 47th CISM World Military Parachuting Championship in Doha, allowing only Formation Skydiving rounds to proceed while Accuracy Landing remained on hold. Despite the limited flying, the venue remained lively with a steady flow of spectators and a busy children’s area throughout the day.

The Meet Director, Jérémie Rollet, continues to take advantage of every window of favourable weather, and there remains a possibility for all disciplines to be completed tomorrow if conditions improve.
Another large turnout is expected, with a major air show and the closing ceremony scheduled to conclude the championship.
